This site also contains information about my work as a time management coach. I work with busy people who feel overwhelmed by all the responsibilities on their plates. During coaching, I help clients focus on what matters, become more efficient, and dial down on the stress. Find out more about time management coaching.

Week in review

My husband and I had plans to spend the day together at the Bumbershoot music festival yesterday, but neither of us felt like doing it in the rain. We spent time at home, but other than picking up after our activities, chores were banned. Instead, we did a few big cooking projects (granola and stuffed manicotti), did a puzzle by the fire, and ate dinner while watching Kung Fu Panda. Days like these are more important than working or getting things done, sometimes.  Among other things, one of the main points of time management is to facilitate such joy.

I did however accomplish things this week. I did plenty of work at my corporate job and for my business, met my exercise goal, made some progress on my home office reorganization, and came to the decision that I want to re-plan my e-course a bit. Instead of trying to plan and finish the whole thing, I'm going to it in chunks that can be finished and made available as I go... so I can offer them to you. First, I think, will be a quiz that helps you decide what kind of approach to time management and project/task management will work best for you. More coming on that soon!
